The Proposal Routing Sheet

The Proposal Routing Sheet has been revised as of July, 2010. 

Proposals are due at SPS 3-business days prior to their deadlines. Review the policy here.

We accept faxed/copied/scanned signatures on the PRS.

Proposal Routing Sheets that have missing fields, or that do not include the certification on page two, will not be accepted.

Please begin using the new PRS now. Sponsored Projects recommends you always visit our web site for a copy of the PRS (instead of saving it to your hard drive) - that way, you'll always have the most recent version.
