The Proposal Routing Sheet

The Proposal Routing Sheet has been revised (August 2007). 

Proposals are due at SPS 3 business days prior to their deadlines. Review the policy here.

We accept faxed/copied/scanned signatures on the PRS!!!

Please begin using the new PRS now. Sponsored Projects recommends you always visit our web site for a copy of the PRS (instead of saving it to your hard drive) - that way, you'll always have the most recent version.

The Proposal Routing Sheet is a large document.  If your computer or printer does not have enough memory to support the entire document, please do not use the downloaded versions.  Proposal Routing Sheets that have blacked out or missing fields will not be accepted.  The certification on page 2 must be included.   Please compare your Proposal Routing Sheet to an original before submitting to Sponsored Projects Services.

The Proposal Routing Sheet is available in PDF and Word formats. To download the free Adobe Reader program, go to http://www.adobe.com. NOTE TO THE WORD VERSION: The word document is protected. Open the file as "Read-Only," then Save As... another file name so you can work on the form and save it. Sponsored Projects will not provide the password to modify the form fields, etc.
