Online Proposal SubmissionThe links below will take you to instructions for uploading and submitting electronic proposals to Federal and Non-Federal sponsors. Please contact the Preaward section of Sponsored Projects if you have questions or comments about these instructions. If you cannot find your sponsor on the list, please contact us (626-6000) before you begin using a new system. Please do not register the University of Arizona on any electronic proposal submission system. We'll do that, and we'll download and install applications, and review instructions/documentation on how to use the system. With enough advance notice, we'll be able to prepare ourselves and advise you on how to use the new system. Most electronic proposal systems require institutional approval, which means internal proposal routing requirements must be met before Sponsored Projects will “sign” your proposal electronically. A fully-signed original Proposal Routing Sheet (PRS), abstract, and approved budget/budget justification are required before online proposal completion.
