The agencies on this list have been granted F&A waivers by the Vice President for Research office. Waivers are granted by program type. The inclusion of any sponsor on the waiver list does not mean that all programs they fund receive a reduced F&A cost rate. Sponsored Projects Services (SPS) reserves the right to make determinations when the waiver list status of any sponsoring agency program type is unclear. If a VPR waiver beyond that which is on the waiver list is required, SPS will not sign any part of the proposal without VPR approval.

This list is not meant to substitute or supercede any information from your sponsoring agency. The rate stipulated in your program announcement or application kit overrides the information in this list. In lieu of that information, use a full rate (from the UA Indirect Cost Rate Agreement ) as appropriate for the location and project type.
